Packages & Prices: Frequently Asked Questions

With smapOne’s platform, users can create custom, individualized apps (“smaps”) based on their needs. Operation is simple and requires zero programming knowledge. All users must know is what operational processes they want to automate.

Once created, the app is available immediately. This means:

  • No more lengthy approval processes from app stores
  • No more large, long projects; apps are simple to build
  • No wracking up extra infrastructural costs

All smaps created with smapOne run cross platform on standard operating systems like iOS, Android and Windows, unlike individually programmed apps. They also work online and offline, with REST API letting you automate many functions.

We're dedicated to helping our users increase their productivity. Besides basic support, we offer individual training and workshops. These range from one day to six months. If you have questions, we are always happy to give advice on our support programmes for creators and users.

Technical support responses come within 48 hours during business hours (Monday – Friday 9 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. CET). Service includes five support queries per month, remote support and error reporting.
